Analytical selected adverts being inappropriate

On all the browsers that I use I have advert blockers installed, not because I don’t like having adverts but with a history of an eating disorder there are a lot of sites I have visited to look at for help recovering from a relapse. These websites to get high in the search results will select some meta tags that others do that encourage weight loss. So with these being harvested to target you for adverts I, and lots of others in my position, will get shown adverts based on this information and will be shown adverts encouraging weight loss or exercising, things that can become an issue for people when surfing the internet.

So I decided that I would do a letter and provide an email address so that people in my position can personalise the letter and send it to google so that hopefully these adverts are not ones people who are trying to recover get shown.

I then got to a point where I decided that the only way to surf the internet without being shown these types of adverts I had to install an ad blocker. So I did just that and then like magic I don’t get shown the adverts.
Though there are a few websites that will not let you access them unless you disable the ad blocker; then the adverts I don’t want to see are the ones that are shown. This is based on the searches I have done over the many years with google…
